1. General Terms

2.2 Account Registration

To access gili99 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You agree to provide valid identification documents upon request, including but not limited to Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, utility bills, and bank statements. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals. Accounts failing verification within thirty (30) days will be suspended until compliance is achieved.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

gili99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, LandBank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Minimum deposit is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP status. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful transaction processing, subject to payment provider confirmation.

You represent and warrant that all deposited funds originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. gili99 prohibits the use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent transactions, or funds derived from illegal activities. 3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw available account balances at any time, subject to completion of wagering requirements on bonuses and verification procedures. Minimum withdrawal is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers process within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours.

gili99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 50,000.00) or when suspicious activity is detected. First-time withdrawals require account verification regardless of amount. Withdrawal requests may be declined if verification is incomplete, wagering requirements are unsatisfied, or terms violations are detected.

3.3 Fees and Currency

gili99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own transaction fees which are the user's responsibility. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversions, if applicable, are calculated at prevailing exchange rates plus a three percent (3%) conversion fee.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations, gili99 monitors all financial transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. 4.4 Bonus Expiration

In the event of game malfunctions, software errors, or communication disruptions, gili99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. You agree to report any suspected malfunctions immediately. Continuing to play after becoming aware of a malfunction constitutes abuse and may result in winnings confiscation. gili99's decision regarding malfunction disputes is final.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

6.3 Third-Party Services

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent closure. In such cases, we will return your account balance minus any bonuses, disputed amounts, or amounts related to prohibited activities, subject to completion of ongoing investigations.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00) or ten percent (10%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Accounts with zero balance may be permanently closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While gili99 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that services will be available at all times. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. gili99 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, delays, or technical problems. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

10. General Provisions

10.2 Severability
